Challenge

  • Cornerstone Health works with large, self-insured employers – creating interactive platforms that encourage and reward healthy behavior through health assessments and coaching.

  • They wanted to bring its health coaching and advising in-house, and needed a call center system to support and capture the interactions.

  • The portal needed to easily record and report those interactions, while protecting privacy and meeting HIPPA guidelines.

Solution

  • Created a special Salesforce console for coaches and advisors.

  • Configured Softphone layouts to display and capture relevant information for both incoming and outgoing calls.

  • Added Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) to Five9 Call Center to manage calls.

  • Utilized Salesforce profiles and roles to maintain privacy by limiting data visibility.

Results

  • Service Cloud platform allows better direct communication between coaches and consumers.

  • Effective and efficient tracking of information over time.

  • Source of truth for interactions between consumers and company.

  • Offering in-house health coaching drives new business.
